Privacy notice

Last updated 1 August 2026. This notice explains how Datafeaturebase handles personal data collected through this website and programme administration.

Data controller

The controller is Datafeaturebase, operating from Street: Poochaosamingprai Rd., Pra Pradaeng, Samutprakarn; City: Samutprakarn; State/province/area: Samut Prakan; Zip code: 10130; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@datafeaturebase.digital, 66 0-2394-1234.

We process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a participant is in the EEA or UK, we treat the same principles as a practical baseline even if we are not established there.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional topic, and message. If you later enrol, we may also hold company name, billing details, dietary notes for studio days, and the product context you choose to share (which may include employee names in event samples). Do not send special-category data or children’s personal data in the public form.

Automatically: essential technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the site. Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them; see the cookie policy.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver programmes, invoice, meet accounting and tax duties in Thailand, and improve the site when you have accepted analytics. Legal bases typically include contractual steps at your request, legitimate interests in running a teaching desk, consent for optional cookies, and legal obligation for invoicing records.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to 18 months so we can resume a conversation without asking you to repeat context, then deleted or anonymised. Confirmed engagement files and invoices are kept for seven years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, unless a longer period is required by law. Cookie consent records stored in your browser remain until you clear storage; we do not keep a separate server copy of that flag.

Event exports you share during a lab are used only for that engagement. We ask you to minimise personal data in samples (hash learner ids). Working copies are deleted within 90 days after the final brief, unless you ask us in writing to retain a redacted excerpt.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw cookie consent without losing access to courses or articles. To exercise rights, email info@datafeaturebase.digital with enough detail to locate your record. We may need to verify identity. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Our desk and primary files sit in Thailand. Email and document tools may store copies on servers outside Thailand (for example Singapore or the EU). Where we transfer personal data abroad, we use contractual clauses or other safeguards available under PDPA and only share what the tool needs. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use hosting, email, and (if you accept) privacy-respecting analytics providers acting on our instructions. We do not authorise them to use enquiry content for their own advertising.
