Terms of use
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting the contact form, or requesting a seat on a Datafeaturebase programme, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send personal data through the form.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programme contracts are confirmed in writing on the invoice or engagement letter, not only on this page.
What this site is
Datafeaturebase publishes information about EdTech App Analytics teaching. Course pages, prices, and dates are informational. This website does not process payments or complete enrolments. A seat exists only after we accept a request and you receive a written confirmation from info@datafeaturebase.digital.
Intellectual property
Unless noted otherwise, the site’s text, layout, diagrams, and brand marks are owned by Datafeaturebase or used under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy programme materials, event dictionaries produced in a lab, or internal briefs for resale or public posting without written permission.
Work you bring to a desk (event exports, product screenshots, internal metrics) remains yours. Feedback we write for your team is licensed to you for internal use. It is not a work-for-hire transfer of our teaching methods, templates, or cohort window frameworks unless an Atlas Residency agreement says otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact form (spam, scraping, or sending malware). Do not attempt to probe or disrupt the site. Do not present our informational prices as a live offer to third parties. Classroom discussion in programmes must respect other participants’ product confidentiality.
Liability
Programmes teach methods for reading learning-app data. They do not guarantee store ranking, revenue, learning outcomes, or exam results. Findings depend on the quality of your event export and on decisions your team makes after the desk. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Datafeaturebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this site or from applying techniques discussed in a programme.
Our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed paid engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid for that engagement, except where Thai law does not allow such a limit (including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence).
This site is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access. The mock form endpoint is a demonstration path for messages; keep a copy of anything important and use email if the form fails.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from this website or from programme enquiries made through it, are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Samut Prakan and Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
